Let’s talk about burnout—not just the tired kind, but the kind that has you numb, detached, and running on autopilot. The kind that keeps you saying “I’m fine” while your body is screaming otherwise.

When someone recently asked me to describe my ideal client, I said: “hardcore dissociating professionals.”

No judgment—because I was one.

I’m talking about:
🔥 The “strong one” who never lets anyone see them struggle.
🔥 The overachiever, the “pleasure to have in class,” the one who always delivers.
🔥 The people-pleaser who says yes to every request—because saying no feels impossible.
🔥 The perfectionist workaholic who thrives on structure but secretly unravels when things don’t go according to plan.

And here’s the thing: There’s a reason you do this.
